No. Hold reservation is not possible throughout our website except for Hotel Bookings.
1. Once your payment made successfully, we will SMS and email you a copy of your ticket to the email address provided at the time of booking. 2. Also, you have the option to take a printout your ticket after making a successful payment from the site. 3. And you are advised to travel along with the identification/identity proof selected by you at the time of booking.Therefore we request you to kindly ensure that the correct Email-ID & Mobile Number are entered while making the booking.
You can make payments through the following modes: We can accept "iCashCard & all Visa, Mastercard and most major debit cards, as well as Net Banking payments from most major banks for online bookings and also payments in cash into our Papilon Travels & Tours Account Only.
The ticket booking process will be complete after only the payment has been made by the guest. Your payment will be processed immediately.

You would need to get in touch with our Customer Care helpline to do any change of flights in your booking. Customer can also call the airline for rescheduling your journey i.e. change of date time, travel etc. Changes to your booking might attract a flight change fee and the applicable fare difference, and this can be done through the airline. However changing of a passenger’s name is not possible.
At the moment our site does not allow open ended bookings.
You would have to clarify this with your airline and we would not be responsible for any delays/cancellations by the airline.
If you have made a booking, you should have a booking number and flight details. If you cannot remember your booking number, you should mention your name – as booked and we will hopefully be able to find your file. You can get the history of the tickets booked on our site using the user name and password that you’ve used while making the booking.

Normally “Infants" are classified as those below 2 years old, child as 2-12 years and "adults" are those above 12 years. For more information on infant definition, we request you to contact the airline as these terms are sometimes airline specific.
If you are traveling with an infant, you need to indicate it while booking the ticket on our site. If have forgotten to let us know at the time of booking, please call the Airline Reservation Centre, quoting your booking number and inform that you are flying with an infant.
Should you require any special services while you travel please call the Airline and inform them of your requirements.
Cancellation charges are as per the Airline rules and policies; these are mentioned in the Fare rules for your reference. Additionally India Tourism Development Corporation cancellation charges of Rs.250 per passenger per sector will be charged in addition to the above charges. The refund will be processed by us in 7 working days from the time of cancellation; it would take additional 4-5 working days for the bank to credit it into your account.
If you miss your flight, it would be considered a “No Show” and refund would depend on the airline policy. No show charges will be applicable depending on the policy set by the airlines.
You can call our customer care to check if the booking has been confirmed, if not then the full refund will be processed and credited to the account or card from which the amount has been deducted.
All our trips, flights, Hotels and lot more are in Naira and or USD, if you are using an international card to pay via our online booking system (which uses PayPal) a small percentage fee may be applied. This is due to foreign exchange conversion and certain Paypal transaction fees incurred. Payment for most tours needs to be made when we have confirmed availability. Payment needs to be done in advance of the tour to confirm your booking in one of the following ways: by paying online via our online booking system, by visiting our office and making the payment or by making a direct transfer to Papilon Travels and Tours Account ONLY.

CHANGES MORE THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF TOUR You may change your tour, subject to availability, 48 hours before the start. If changes cannot be accommodated, there will be a full refund except for any non-refundable expenses (see below). CHANGES LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF TOUR Changes within 48 hours of the start of the tour cannot be guaranteed, even if there is availability. If changes cannot be accommodated, there will NOT be any refund. CANCELLATIONS MORE THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF TOUR A full refund (less any non-refundable expenses- see below) will be given to you if you let us know more than 48 hours before the start of the tour. CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF TOUR No refund will be provided if you cancel the tour within 48 hours of the start of the tour. LATE ARRIVAL BY CUSTOMER The tour starts at the designated time. If you arrive late for whatever reason and miss the tour, then no money will be refunded CANCELLATIONS BY US While we always endeavour to avoid cancellations and changes, we must reserve the right to do so. However, we promise we will only cancel your confirmed booking where we are forced to do so as a result of circumstances outside our control or because an insufficient number of people have booked your chosen tour. We will notify you before the tour starts if we have to cancel for lack of numbers. Please note that we do reserve the right to run tours with less than the stated minimum number. If we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible. If we have to cancel, we will pay back the full amount and will not deduct any non-refundable expenses. Compensation will not be payable and no liability assumed by us. NON-REFUNDABLE EXPENSES If you cancel/change a tour, if we have incurred expenses which we can't recoup (such as car hire), then you will have to pay for these expenses. A client under 18 years of age traveling alone during the tour period shall provide the Company with the written consent of his/her guardian. Clients under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Company may refuse an application if any one of the client's age, qualifications, skills or other conditions do not conform to those designated for tours aimed at specific customer categories or purposes. Clients who require special attention from the Company during the tour for reason of chronic disease, general ill-health, pregnancy or physical handicap, shall advise the Company of this when applying for the tour. The Company shall comply with such requests to the extent deemed feasible and reasonable. And if the Company takes a special arrangement in compliance with the client's request, the client shall be responsible for incurred expenses related with the request. The Company may require clients to present a medical certificate. The Company may refuse a client's application if conditions at travel destinations and facilities are such that safe, smooth tour operation cannot be guaranteed, or require the client to be accompanied by an escort. In some cases, the Company shall change a part of the itinerary or recommend the client to join another tour with the minimum extra charge or refuse his/her participating the tour.
Clients 12 years of age or more shall be charged adult fare and those aged 6 to 11 shall be charged child fare unless otherwise specified. However, when a tour includes air travel, persons aged 3 to 5 will be charged child fare. One child five years of age or less can join the tour in the company of an adult, but will receive no services such as meals or bed. If more than one child, one child fare will be charged for each additional child five years of age or less. This does not apply to tours for which infant fares are quoted. The fare is indicated for each tour course. Clients are asked to confirm the fare according to the departure date and the number of participants. The Tour Fare shall be the basis for calculating the cancellation charge
1. The selection process is done randomly, but the participants with higher number of entries are given preference. 2. Referring family or friends qualifies you for extra entries. 3. All selected participants will be notified and published on our website and other social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). 4. The trip covers Visa, Ticket, Accommodation, Feeding, and Stipend/Shopping. 5. If you are not selected in the first episode, your current entries/balance qualifies you for the next episode and you can keep referring or top up your entries to stand a higher chance. 6. Once your balance is above N10,000 you can request for a pay out of your money (Note: a processing fee of N250 is applicable) 7. If you don not want to be sponsored or payout your balance, you can buy any of our packages with your accumulated nalance.
